American Express Tier One is a loyalty program that delivers one-on-one attention, elevated experiences and exclusive gifts to their business and corporate cardholders.
As part of the gifting program curated by IfOnly we custom designed every aspect of the gift to provide a seamless and harmonious experience for the Tier One customer. From the actual shipping box to the gift tags, labels, cards, booklets and brochures, everything was carefully designed to American Express highest standards.
Every gift was unique and part of the creative challenge for me was to really think through each design concept to emulate each unique theme, wether that was a National Parks adventurer, a cocktail connoisseur or a photography book collector.
American Express wanted to show their value and support to a group of customers that had been part of their business and Plum cardholders for over a decade. The special gift included American Express branded swag and snack goodies.
This gift experience we wanted it to be fully on brand. I designed an American Express branded shipper box and a logo pattern tissue paper with a wax plum seal. The interior of the box a tagline and illustrations of each of the gifted items with their descriptions.
The swag items included a Baggu bag and a Swell tumbler both on brand with American Express classic blue color palette and logos. And the final touch was the CEO printed thank you letter and envelope.
