Nurx Internal Corporate Identity
Internal corporate branding is a key component of a company’s image, creating consistency from within. It is just as important to market your brand internally as it is to do so in the outside world.
For Nurx, I managed the internal corporate identity across the board. To preserve the essence of the brand, I developed internal corporate brand guidelines to provide best practices and demonstrate the proper use of Nurx's brand assets. The internal guidelines also included a toolkit with iconography and image libraries for our team's accessibility.
Other internal branding creations include the design of logos for special events, teams, employee sub-groups, printed materials (such as business cards), banners, in-office poster/signage, corporate literature, employee security name tags, zoom virtual backgrounds, email signatures, and branded Slack emojis.
A really big part of our band presence at the company and with the employees was our company swag. It served as another way of promoting and reinforcing Nurx's company values. The edgy style of the brand made the items very eye-catching. It's popularity extended outside our company to our patients who frequently requested the swag. The demand inspired the launch of Nurx's online swag store that included items such as tote bags, stickers, birth control cases, clothing and much more.
