At Nurx, we prioritized the importance of delivering an automated and holistic patient experience across our CRM efforts including SMS and email communications.

Our goal wass to provide a consistent brand experience across all touch-points fostering trust and brand recognition. By crafting visually appealing branded emails, we sought to inform and educate our patients about Nurx's offerings, brand values and professional advise on how to address their healthcare needs.

​

To effectively communicate Nurx's message in a coherently visual manner, I composed layouts and modules with a clear hierarchy of information that combined high-quality imagery relevant to the message. This included product photography, illustrations, iconography, charts, infographics and the occasional animated gif. With this in mind, I developed email templates for all the marketing automation flows for each service line and our monthly newsletters.

Another important aspect to the design strategy was to ensure the designs were adaptable to different screen sizes and were mobile-friendly to provide a seamless experience on various devices.

​

To measure the success of our efforts, I worked closely with the CRM team developing concepts, supporting new projects/launches, new ways to engage with our audience, and improve performance by A/B testing for optimal results.
