Social media is one of Nurx's key sources of brand awareness and education. We engaged and participated in the most popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

​

Nurx's organic social media presence stands out as one of the most exciting extensions of our brand. Through these platforms our creative journey lead us to a space of playful exploration.

​

To enhance efficiency and streamline our operations, I worked closely with the social media team to create a library of social media templates for both posts and stories. After conducting several testing rounds, the social team shared valuable insights and learnings regarding their preference for formats, visuals, and designs that strongly resonated with our audience. These insights guided me in choosing the most effective creative direction for crafting the templates for a variation of content, like health tips, FAQs, patient stories, and medical expert advice.

To foster community engagement and to increase brand awareness, I launched the Nurx's Giphy library where we featured a fun selection of branded gif animated stickers to be displayed by our patients in their own personal posts.

​

My creative contributions have been instrumental in establishing a compassionate and informative digital presence. As the lead designer my goal has been to create a visual identity that communicates professionalism, inclusivity, empathy, and trust. Through thoughtful and informative design, Nurx social media channels have become a valuable resource and a safe space for individuals seeking guidance on their sensitive health needs.
